The teachers are all professionals and always assist students when they face difficulties, and they possess extensive culinary knowledge, providing detailed explanations and guidance. With Australian teachers also present, classes are conducted in Australian English, creating an environment filled with authentic English. I am Keiko Tanaka. I am 37 years old and originally from Kanagawa Prefecture. In Japan, I used to be a soccer player. Initially, I came to Australia to play soccer, but I started considering a career change after soccer ended. I discovered Evolution’s cooking course and decided I wanted to change my career in that direction. School life at Evolution is very enjoyable, and the trainers are incredibly supportive. I know it might be concerning to take classes in English, but they are really understanding and provide support even if you don’t understand. It’s been a great help! In the practical cooking classes in the kitchen, we mainly study Western cuisine, and it’s very refreshing to be able to cook from scratch, such as making soup stock.
