Course Overview

This qualification reflects the role of skilled operators who use a broad range of hospitality service, sales, or operational skills combined with supervisory skills and sound knowledge of industry operations to plan, monitor and evaluate the work of team members. They operate independently or with limited guidance from others and use discretion to solve non-routine problems.

Entry Requirement

Evolution requires the following:

  • Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) level will be assessed.
  • Demonstrating an understanding of and knowledge of English skills.
  • Are over 15 years of age.
  • Have access to a modern computer with high-speed internet.
  • Have access to a device with audio/video recording.
  • Have basic computing skills.
  • Can satisfy the training conditions as described in the Course Information.

Final Exam

After completing all your coursework, you will be notified regarding your final exam. It is your responsibility to contact Evolution to make a reservation. Each qualification has its own assessment procedures, timeframes, and charges. To be issued with a full qualification, you must successfully complete and pass the final exam.

The final exam for the qualification may include, but is not limited to:

  • Multiple-choice questions.
  • Short answers/essays.
  • Practical demonstrations.
