As a student chef, school life at Evolution Hospitality Institute in Sydney Australia is very enjoyable, and the kitchen and hospitality management trainers are all incredibly supportive in providing practical cookery training and theory knowledge on kitchen and hospitality management. I know it might be concerning to take cookery or theory classes in English, but the trainers and staff are really understanding and provide support even if you don’t understand. It’s been a great help! In the practical cooking classes in the kitchen, we mainly study Western cuisines, and it’s very refreshing to be able to cook from scratch, such as making soup stock.
