Duration: From 6 Months to 18 Months
Mode of delivery: Online and work-based, and a Final Exam upon completion of the course work. The required skills must be demonstrated in an operational food and beverage outlet.

The language of tuition: course will be delivered and assessed in English. Work placement: for this qualification, you will undertake a work placement period as per logbook.

Course Overview

This qualification reflects the role of skilled operators who use a broad range of hospitality service, sales, or operational skills combined with supervisory skills and sound knowledge of industry operations to plan, monitor and evaluate the work of team members. They operate independently or with limited guidance from others and use discretion to solve non-routine problems.

Career Pathways

Graduates will hold the required knowledge and skills for supervision of staff in hospitality organisations such as restaurants, hotels, motels, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops. This qualification focuses on skills targeted in food and beverage.

Entry Requirement

Evolution requires the following:

Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) level will be assessed.
Demonstrating an understanding of and knowledge of English skills.
Are over 15 years of age.
Have access to a modern computer with high-speed internet.
Have access to a device with audio/video recording.
Have basic computing skills.
Can satisfy the training conditions as described in the Course Information.

After completing all your coursework, you will be notified regarding your final exam. It is your responsibility to contact Evolution to make a reservation.
