Evolution Education Agent Rewards Program – Terms and Conditions

Program Name: Evolution Rewards: Empowering Our Agents

1. Eligibility

   1. Participation is open to registered and approved education agents with a valid agreement in place with Evolution.
   2. Only active agents who have enrolled students in an eligible Evolution course from the program start date onward may participate.
   3. Evolution reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

2. Program Overview

   1. The program rewards education agents with bonus payments, tier-based perks, and points for enrolling students into Evolution’s vocational and English courses.
   2. Participation in this program is voluntary and does not replace or alter the existing agent commission structure unless otherwise stated.

3. Points System

   1. Points are earned per valid student enrolment as follows:
      • 1 student = minimum 12 months study or more.
      • 1 student = 100 points
      • +50 points for bookings made 9+ months in advance
      • +25 points for packaged ELICOS + VET course enrolments
   2. Points are non-transferable, have no monetary value outside of this program, and can only be redeemed as outlined.
   3. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned unless otherwise specified.

4. Reward Redemption

   1. Rewards may be redeemed quarterly in the form of:
      • Bonus cash payments
      • Marketing support or promotional packages
      • Training and development access
      • Invitations to exclusive events or conferences
   2. Evolution reserves the right to modify reward offerings or redemption values at any time.

5. Tier System

   1. Agent tiers are based on the number of student enrolments within a calendar year (Jan 1st to Dec 31st):
      • Silver: 5–9 students
      • Gold: 10–24 students
      • Platinum: 25–49 students
      • Titanium: 50+ students
   2. Tier upgrades take effect from the date the enrolment threshold is reached and remain valid until December 31 of that calendar year. Tier status is reassessed annually based on the previous calendar year’s enrolments.
   3. Higher tiers receive increased bonuses per enrollment and additional benefits as outlined in the ‘Tiered Reward Breakdown’.

6. Enrolment Validation

   1. Only enrolments where the student:
      • Commences study at Evolution, and
      • Completes a minimum of four weeks of study

      will be considered valid for rewards and points.

   2. Cancellations, no-shows, visa rejections, or refunds will result in the forfeiture of any related points or bonuses.

7. Payment of Rewards

   1. Cash bonuses will be paid in alignment with the existing commission payment cycle, typically quarterly following validation.
   2. All applicable taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the agent.

8. Termination and Changes

   1. Evolution may suspend, modify, or terminate the rewards program at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
   2. Any abuse, misrepresentation, or breach of the agent agreement may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of all accrued rewards and points.

9. Privacy

   1. By participating in the program, agents consent to Evolution collecting and using data related to enrollments and performance for the purposes of program administration, communication, and analysis, in accordance with Evolution’s Privacy Policy.
