My kitchen management and hospitality management classmates and trainers have been the best part of my culinary chef journey. I’ve got to learn about different food cultures and develop professional cookery and restaurant management skills. Being apart from my loved ones and studying in Sydney challenges me the most and I’m more determined to finish my studies in kitchen management, do my best, and love what I do because, at the end of the day, I will be standing strong and be proud of myself that I am a product of an astounding and magnanimous hospitality school here in Sydney, Australia which is Evolution Hospitality Institute.
