I’ve been studying at Evolution Hospitality Institute for almost a year already and it’s a lot of fun here either in the theory classrooms or in the kitchens. Last year I joined Evolution Master which is an on campus cooking competition that test out student’s various culinary skills on Cookery, Patisseries and Barista, and I won $1500 from the cookery competition. I also have a great job and work placement here in Sydney, Australia. Evolution Hospitality Institute is one of the greatest schools that offer VET courses on Kitchen Management, Patisseries and Hospitality Management in Sydney, Australia.
