Course Overview

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who have a range of well-developed hospitality service, sales or operational skills and sound knowledge of industry operations. Using discretion and judgement, they work with some independence and under supervision using plans, policies and procedures to guide work activities.

Entry Requirement

Evolution requires the following:
– Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) level will be assessed.
– Demonstrating an understanding of and knowledge of English skills.
– Are over 15 years of age.
– Have access to a modern computer with high-speed internet.
– Have access to a device with audio/video recording.
– Have basic computing skills.
– Can satisfy the training conditions as described in the Course Information.
