The Evolution Masters 2022 was a huge success! We had over 100 students participate, and the competition was fierce. The contestants showed off their skills in a variety of challenges, including culinary and patisserie mystery box challenge, a barista challenge, a two minute noodles challenge and a blind tasting challenge.

In the end, our students have wowed the judges with their creativity and their ability to cook under pressure. They took home the prize of up to $1,500 in cash, everyone has earned the title of Evolution Masters 2022.

We are thrilled to share that one of our esteemed alumni, the talented Omar Salomon Bermudez, has soared to new heights, securing a prestigious leadership role at the renowned Bondi Beach Hotel Ravesis in vibrant Sydney, Australia. Witnessing our graduates excel in the competitive hospitality industry fills us with immense pride and joy. Back in 2019, Omar completed his education journey with us, earning certificates III and IV in commercial cookery, a Diploma of Hospitality Management, and an impressive Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management. With hearts brimming with joy, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Omar and bestow upon him our sincerest wishes for all his future endeavours. Amidst the vibrant cityscape of Sydney, Evolution’s Taiwanese exchange students rejoiced in triumphant celebration as they marked the successful completion of the initial phase of their esteemed Diploma of Hospitality Management program. Gracing the iconic Australian Heritage Hotel, a historical gem nestled in the heart of The Rocks, they embarked on a culinary odyssey like no other.
